5.Engagements and proposals

Any paid services, client engagements, TrustOS Navigators, proposals or deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement between you and MissionCTRL Ltd. These Terms govern use of the public websites only and do not form part of, or vary, any such agreement. Where there is a conflict, the separate engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

6.Third-party links

The sites may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

7.Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep the sites available and the content accurate and up to date, but we provide them "as is" and "as available" and make no guarantee that the sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the content is complete or current. We may change or update content at any time without notice.

8.Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to that, to the fullest extent permitted by law:

If you are a consumer, these Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

9.Privacy and cookies

Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

10.Changes to these Terms
