TrustOS is a product and brand of MissionCTRL Ltd.

The sites are provided for general information about MissionCTRL, TrustOS and our services. You may use the sites for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- use the sites in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the sites, their servers, or any connected systems;
- introduce malware, or otherwise interfere with the proper operation of the sites;

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, adapt or commercially exploit any part of the sites without our prior written permission. The MissionCTRL and TrustOS names, logos and brand marks may not be used without our consent.
4.TrustOS scores, insights and content
The sites publish analysis, sector insights, trust scores and related material produced using our TrustOS methodology. This content is provided for general information only. While we take care to produce it diligently:
- it does not constitute professional, legal, financial, investment or other advice, and should not be relied upon as such;
- scores and insights are estimates and interpretations based on available data and our methodology, and may change over time; and
- you should obtain independent professional advice before acting on any information from the sites.
5.Engagements and proposals
Any paid services, client engagements, TrustOS Navigators, proposals or deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement between you and MissionCTRL Ltd. These Terms govern use of the public websites only and do not form part of, or vary, any such agreement. Where there is a conflict, the separate engagement agreement prevails for that engagement.

The sites may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These are provided for convenience only; we do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link does not imply endorsement.
7.Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the sites available and the content accurate and up to date, but we provide them "as is" and "as available" and make no guarantee that the sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the content is complete or current.
